Section 04

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on bat77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though there may be a slight delay for bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Making deposits using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the member's own registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

Only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) is used on bat77. Transactions in any other currency are not supported. Any attempt to transact in a foreign currency will be automatically rejected.

Bonuses and Promotions

bat77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which must be read in full before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed after activating the bonus.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, and 25 times the total ৳3,000, meaning ৳75,000 in bets must be placed.
• All bets placed with the bonus will count toward the wagering requirement, though certain games may be excluded.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once.

5.2 VIP Program

bat77's VIP program has three levels:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Higher levels can be reached through regular activity and engagement with the platform. The benefits of each level are applied automatically.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• bat77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bat77 may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 By bat77

bat77 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• At the member's own request in connection with responsible gaming.

10.2 By the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In that case:

• The available balance can be withdrawn after all pending bets have been settled.
• If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled, that bonus will be considered void.
• To reactivate a closed account, you will need to contact the support team for assistance.

Section 11

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between bat77 and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication.

11.1 Procedure for Filing a Dispute

1. First, report the issue to our 24/7 live chat support.
2. If needed, send a detailed email to [email protected].
3. An initial response will be provided within 14 business days from the date the dispute is filed.
4. Records of all disputes are kept and reviewed impartially.

11.2 Final Decision

After investigation, bat77's decision will be considered final and binding; however, members may independently seek legal advice if they wish. bat77 is committed to resolving disputes with transparency and fairness at all times.
